We are thrilled to announce that we have passed two huge milestones in the past week.
First of all there are now over two million registered users of AutoCAD WS. And our users are not just sitting around doing nothing. Since September 2010, you have uploaded over three and a half million drawings to AutoCAD WS.
The second milestone is that we have now seen over one million downloads of the AutoCAD WS mobile app for Android since we launch around three months ago. We always knew that there was huge demand for an Android version of the app, but we never predicted it would be adopted so fast.
But don’t worry, we’re not stopping now. Expect an announcement about the next release of AutoCAD WS in the coming weeks. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter to make sure you hear about it first.
Congratulations to the entire AutoCAD WS team who helped achieve these fantastic numbers. Thanks to all of you for being part of this amazing community.

Congratulation for your amazing job, but now you know very well that the community is waiting for
a viewer (Autocad WS ?) for DWF 3D for iPad. I want to see 3D DWF files created by INVENTOR
Autocad, no edit only using touch features with my iPad.
Thanks

Why would anybody continue to use Autocad if you can’t use Windows Phone 7 to view dwg files?
Autocad is not available on Linux or Google Chrome so why would i use an Android Phone? Autocad for Mac completely sucks with it’s GIMP like UI so why would I use an Iphone?
90% of the Autocad and dwg CAD market uses Windows which means they use Outlook, Windows Live Mail etc. Windows phone 7 makes these tasks easy. Naturally in a business setting this is what I would use. Even with Windows Phone 7 having a small percentage of the phone market it’s a no brainer that you shouldn’t bite the hand that feeds you. Make a Windows Phone 7 dwg viewer.

How about BlackBerry, phone and Playbook app?
I’m sure it would be widely used and greatly appreciated.
Thanx
